Simple Pleasures: Turn Regular Shower into Spa Experience

With these tips, i can now enjoy my free time pampering myself even when i am at home. I can also have a spa experience even though i am busy in school or at work. This is very cool and easy to do, and it's not expensive as going to the spa.

Turn your regular shower into a spa experience with these four easy steps.

1. THE HAIR SPA
  • Work a revitalizing treatment into your locks after shampooing, make sure to squeeze excess water out of hair before applying product.
  • Concentrate on the ends of your hair, but don't forget to massage your scalp too. Leave product in hair for at least 10 minutes.
  • This will give you time to work on other parts of your body.
  • TRY: Hair Treats Lavender Hair Spa.

2. THE FACIAL
  • Give yourself a salon-like facial by applying a cleansing masks onto your face. Apply product evenly throughout your face and neck, and then gently massage your face, using gentle pressure. Leave mask on for a few minutes to soak in its nutrients.
  • TRY: The Face Shop Aesthetic Face Mask
  • * You could use some cucumber along with your face mask, which will help minimize eye bags, and let your eyes relax...

3. THE FOOT SOAK
  • Cover the drain of your shower with a bowl or something similar, then turn on the hot water full blast. While the water is running, dribble a few drops of aromatic foot oil or scatter a small handful of foot salts onto the shower floor. Your peds will enjoy a nice, warm treat - just like sauna.
  • TRY: Foot Treats Soak in Citrus

4. THE BODY RUB AND RINSE
  • While your hair, farce and feet are in their final moments of being treated, turn to caring for your body. Whip out a body brush and apply your favorite body wash onto it.
  • Gently exfoliate your skin in a circular motion, boosting circular. Rinse yourself from head to toe, and voila! Your shower spa is done. You can use a bath brush , or a wet cloth.
